Salaries are variable depending on the firm. In the past, the general rule of thumb was that your salary would be the equivalent of what you would be paid in Australia gross with a 20% uplift however many of the UK firms have become more competitive and are now paying UK rates.
There is a nil personal income tax rate for the UAE, Bahrain and Oman.
