Lawyers with transactional and advisory experience in Banking, Securitisation/Structured Finance/ Capital Markets, Private Client (Tax & Trusts ), Corporate, Trusts Litigation and Pensions are highly sought after.
Much of the work will involve advising on the offshore aspects of major international deals, and many of the lawyers working in the major Channel Islands practices come from leading international firms.
