To Be Or Not To Be Sponsored

Most firms should be willing to sponsor you to work in the Channel Islands. Those with Australian, New Zealand and American passports may stay for up to 6 months without a visa but are not permitted to work. Holders of British or EU passports will require a work permit if they wish to work for longer than 3 months.
