I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Latin) /Law (Honours) at the University of Sydney. Yes, I was a Latin geek and to top it off, my crowning achievement was coming first in the state with a score of 100% in 2 Unit HSC Latin, a feat which I have not been able to replicate since. |

What are your career highlights? |
I have been in the professional recruitment industry since March 1999. I was a key player in building up two legal recruitment businesses into leading providers on the international stage. I have successfully placed lawyers across every major continent in the world, and have won and managed numerous recruitment campaigns for the leading international law firms. |
|
Where have you worked? |
During my last role, I worked as Associate Director at EA International, Sydney where I utilised my existing contacts and reputation to grow the business globally. My first recruitment position arose when I joined the Sydney office of Garfield Robbins International where I was promoted to Manager after only 18 months in recognition of my efforts to build up the international brand of the company. Before this, I practised as a qualified lawyer in the Projects Department at Freehills. My days as a junior lawyer were spent at the Sydney office of a major US firm where I had my first taste of the international markets and I have been hooked since. |
|
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? |
When I am not placing candidates in their dream jobs, I have my hands full looking after my two furballs, Oli and Pippin. I otherwise spend my time trying to delicately balance my pursuit of the art of gastronomy (i.e. my love for food!) with my zeal for dance fitness. |
|
What is your approach to life? |
Be positive, enjoy life and cherish every moment. |
