As a legal and professional services recruitment consultancy specialising in the international markets, we place Lawyers, and Marketing and HR practitioners in every major location around the world, and service the leading legal practices at a global level.
Head-hunting on a contingency basis and referrals are our primary means of sourcing talent. We engage in ad hoc advertising at the request of our clients.
The Meaning Of Our Name And Our Core Values
"Amicas" means "friends" in Latin or to be precise, it is the female gender of the word “friends”. * It therefore captures the origin of, and the spirit in which the business was set up by two women.
However it goes deeper than this. There are certain qualities associated with “friends” and what defines a “friendship” which represents our core values as a business.
