We are the only consultancy established by two women of Asian heritage and Western education and upbringing. We can easily relate to both worlds and appreciate the need to be culturally sensitive.

Our School of Thought
There are two schools of thoughts in the business world - Short Term or Long Term. They are diametrically opposed which means that a business can, in reality, only adopt the practice of either one or the other. We can categorically say that the cornerstone of everything we do and think is Long Term.
To put it bluntly, we did not set up this business to make a quick cash load of money and sell out. We are in this for the long term which is how we view our relationships with our candidates and clients. We see the rewards, professionally and in other respects, naturally flowing from this.
